For orders under £500, you can choose:
- Free Standard Delivery – your product is delivered boxed to your door.
- Partner Delivery (£14.99) – your local AbleDay Partner will deliver, unbox, set up and demonstrate your equipment.
For orders over £500, Partner Delivery is included free of charge, including unboxing, set-up and a full demonstration.
AbleDay works with a network of trusted local mobility specialists across the UK. Your order will be allocated to the most appropriate AbleDay Partner based on your postcode.
Yes. If you purchased online, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Items should be unused and returned in their original condition wherever possible.
Please contact your local AbleDay Partner as soon as possible. They will inspect the product and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory consumer rights.
Approved refunds are made using your original payment method. Once your returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are normally processed within 14 days.
Yes. For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned once opened or used unless they are faulty. Made-to-order or customised products may also be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law.
You may qualify if you are chronically sick or disabled and the product is for your personal use. VAT relief is available on qualifying mobility equipment in accordance with HMRC rules.
Simply switch the product price to VAT Free on the product page and complete the VAT declaration during checkout. No medical certificate is required, as the scheme operates by self-declaration.
Yes. If you’re purchasing on behalf of a family member or someone you care for, such as a parent, partner or someone you support, you can complete the VAT declaration on their behalf, provided they meet the HMRC eligibility criteria.
